Hotel visa support service

All foreigners visiting Russia need a visa. In order to get one, the hotel guests need the official visa support documents (visa support letter and hotel voucher), which are then taken to a local Russian embassy or consulate, where the actual visa is issued.

Once you make your reservation at National Hotel, a Luxury Collection our reservation team will be pleased to assist you with visa support documents. In order to get the documents please download, fill out and revert the visa support form.

Kindly note that the Hotel provides Visa Support Service for single entry only. The room reservation should be guaranteed for arrival.
