Our concierges stand ready to be of service seven days a week, dedicated to ensuring that each guest is able to get in touch with Russian culture. Each Luxury Collection Concierge is a bilingual, certified destination expert, some of our concierges proudly wear the “Сlef d’or” - the gilt insignia of the celebrated international concierge society - and eager to help create an unforgettable “insider” experience for our guests.

From dinner reservations at the finest city restaurants to private tours of historical landmarks, our team always perform with efficiency and aplomb. Turn to them for car rentals, limousine service, florist services, theater and sports tickets, directions, general information, and so much more. 

Entrance fees to Moscow museums, theaters and concert halls:

* Provided that you book a guided tour to Diamond Fund, the cost is 12000 rubles for a group less than 6 people; a surcharge per person is 1120 rubles.

The prices for New Ballets, Operas, Gala-Concerts and New Performances can be different from the mentioned above. Please kindly note that price of the ticket can be different from the original price.
